Beware of Dog-

Moshi

50x50”, 2023 , mixed media on stretched canvas.

"Beware of Dog - Moshi" explores the dynamic interplay between masculinity and femininity, combining contrasting elements to create a powerful duality. The image of a barking dog, typically associated with aggression and strength, is paired with bold pink and fuchsia tones, symbolizing femininity and softness. This juxtaposition of the fluffy, seemingly gentle dog with its strong, assertive bark represents the tension between vulnerability and power, showcasing how strength and femininity can coexist. My intention is to challenge traditional perceptions of these qualities, creating an artwork that embodies both force and grace in equal measure.
