Above the lily pads, 72x60”, 2022

This client requested a peaceful northern Wisconsin inspired painting. Lundberg created a lush, ethereal, nature scape with lily pads, and prominent wooded details in gold. To honor the client’s father, Lundberg added a hidden detail of the client’s parent’s initials in a heart etched into one of the gold tree trunks near the bottom of the painting. This piece also features a small golden hummingbird flying over the lily pads.
